Connectis presents at the Web Summit Rio, one of world’s largest tech conferences,
the No-Code Cloud (NCC) platform, developed in partnership with WEM.

The event will be a huge stage for innovation announcements and conversations about tech trends that will be developed in the coming years. The Web Summit Rio is expected to be attended by more than 15,000 people and will last 4 days at the beginning of May and will be network center that will bring together investors, developers, communicators, entrepreneurs from all industries.

Philip Hoegee, Global Head of Cloud Services for Connectis, has high expectations for the event in Rio: “The tech sector is booming in Latin America.  I see many companies going through unstoppable digital transformation in the region and we have decided to take this great opportunity at Web Summit Rio, to introduce the No-Code Cloud platform, which enables organizations to move at unprecedent speed and efficiency at a much lower TCO than using traditional IT infrastructures”.”

In Latam, Connectis is present in Brazil, Argentina and Chile and has marked a constant double-digit growth in the past years, positioning itself as a trustworthy partner, supporting customers from several different industries on their own digital journey.

In Latin America, Connectis maintains its investments mainly in the Cloud, Digital Workplace and Business Applications portfolios. “Business Applications is one of the main pillars to keep up with developments in your sector, so every organization will need to invest in software to stay one step ahead of the competition. There is a high demand for applications development at speed and at a lower cost, that’s why we have invested in the incorporation of no-code platforms to accelerate that journey”, explains Elisabete Mleczak, Managing Director of Connectis LATAM.

Connectis, a company part of the Getronics group, headquartered in the Netherlands, has entered a strategic alliance with WEM to jointly develop and launch a unique platform that transforms the way business operates today.

Latin America has no doubt one of the most vibrant tech ecosystems in the world right now. We are very proud to be part of the first Web Summit in our region, in this beautiful city, Rio. This is a tremendous opportunity to connect with people, to present our solutions, to share experiences with other leaders in the sector that allow us to continue evolving on a sustainable way to well-being because, ultimately, that is what technology is all about”, concludes Elisabete Mleczak.

Since 2009, Web Summit events have brought together half a million people at Web Summit in Lisbon, Collision in North America, and RISE in Asia.
